Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vartus application provided by Antigravity Projects OU. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Vartus you agree to these Terms. By signing in to an account you additionally agree to the Account Terms section below. If you do not agree, do not use the app or do not sign in.

2. The Service

Vartus is a local device-security application that scans installed apps for threats, monitors network traffic locally through a VPN interface, and performs device integrity checks. It also offers an optional account-based server-side analysis service for registered users.

3. Account Terms

By signing in to a Vartus account you agree that the app will upload the list of applications installed on your device (package names, app names, and a system-app flag) to Antigravity Projects OU servers for security analysis. This upload is an integral, non-optional part of the account service and occurs automatically while you are signed in. If you do not agree, do not sign in; the app's core features remain available without an account.
  • Accounts are issued on request via the account request page.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
  • Antigravity Projects OU may suspend or terminate an account in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimers

Vartus is a threat detection tool, not a guarantee of security. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antigravity Projects OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. VPN Monitor

You understand and agree that the VPN interface is used solely for local analysis of your own network traffic on your own device. Your traffic is not routed through any external server and HTTPS traffic is not decrypted.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion via the Account and Data Deletion page. Antigravity Projects OU may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of Antigravity Projects OU, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
